I am excited to announce that this year I continue to teach the class Balkantonika as part of the programs of the Bulgarian Cultural and Heritage Center of Seattle.
Join me Sunday mornings, 10:30 -11:30 am, for a fresh and energizing dance workout that will wake you up better than your morning expresso.
FYI, I recomend you doing a fasted workout on an empty stomach. Studies show that early exercise burns actual fat as oppose to glycogen, boosts your endurance, accelarates your metabolism and brigthens your mood for the whole day and, I would say, week.
